He said that the family agreement can only be a factor guidelines on the intention of the parties.
The transfer of government of the majority bench headed by KG Balakrishnan, president of Justice on the dispute on gas for a period of four years between RIL and RNRL, said the judge P Sathasivam production sharing contract and over-ride all other agreements.
The order of the Assembly (the Supreme Court means that RNRL, which was seeking 28 mmscmd of gas from fields KG – D6 RIL price agreed in the memorandum of understanding family, will not get fuel.’s Family submitted a memorandum of understanding for a price of 2.34 dollars per million units, While the government put price of 4.20 dollar per million units.

The extended high-voltage legal battle for several days to demand that Anil Ambani for a share of the Ambani Mukesh-controlled KG basin gas.
Brothers, through their lawyers, and the arguments in circulation and the claims. Said Mukesh said he could not respect the family requires Reliance Industries to give 28 mmscd gas basin kg for Anil’s Reliance limited natural resources for 17 years at 2.34 dollars per unit, because the gas belongs in fact to the government, while Anil Ambani request for enforcement of the family agreement.
The outcome has implications not only for brothers, but also for companies in the private sector, as well as those in the public sector such as National Thermal – which tied up with Reliance Industries for a period of 60 mmscnd KG basin gas –. This negative outcome of the Reliance Industries could be burned down the government over allegations of collusion between Mukesh and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG).
The government claimed to be neutral. But felt that many of its right to enjoy certain rights of ownership of KG basin gas, while maintaining that it can not allow the public to precious good to be apportioned between the brother and his brother on the basis of an agreement of the family, showed a tendency towards most of the Ambani brothers.

Centre has questioned the basis of any agreement between two gas supply special deal like the family and asked how the allocation of gas for RNRL, Reliance Industries, the government had not yet given any allowances to the private entity in NTPC.
The National Thermal fear the results of the legal battle between the corporate side. And wants to protect its interests with the Court acknowledged that the result should not change the commitment of Reliance Industries to supply gas at 2.34 dollars on power stations at Kawas and Gandhar. He argued that RNRL it seeks only to impose a document that was drafted on the basis of commitment to Reliance Industries, NTPC.
